Delivery Update:
**Please note - the below dates reflect our fulfilment centre dispatch guidelines and reflect couriers delivering on time. We cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver on time - as this part of the journey is out of our control.
UK Customers
We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 2 days. Transit time can take up to 2 to 3 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 4 working days delivery time with standard shipping. All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DPD, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Damaged Shipments
We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
