Delivery to the UK

VOITED subscribers in the UK get free standard delivery on all orders - just sign in or sign up before you place your order.

The following Shipping Charges apply:

*The minimum order value for free shipping applies to physical products only. The value of gift cards is not counted toward free shipping.

We ship as fast as we can. Orders placed before 11am on working days are usually dispatched the same day, though some may ship the next working day.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Therefore please allow up to 5 working days delivery with standard shipping. All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail or APC, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Damaged Shipments

We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
